I was surprised by how much I grew as a person here at Hi-Point. My life has truly changed for the better the past two years and I believe part of it is because of this school.

Without a doubt Chef Cobb has had the biggest impact on me. To me he is the greatest teacher I have ever had. He has an amazing gift for teaching culinary arts, as well as teaching the student real life lessons.
