Trevor Sandefur (an OHP Diesel junior from West-Liberty Salem) was elected as a SkillsUSA Southwest Regional Officer in the Fall.
As a Regional Officer, Sandefur attended the Ohio SkillsUSA Regional Officer Training in Columbus, OH for leadership training and to participate in officer competitions.
Trevor and the Southwest Regional Officers earned first place in the Goodwill Presentation, which explained why the members valued the experiences from SkillsUSA as well as the Opening and Closing Ceremony. They also earned second place in Mock Congressional Meeting after tour the Ohio Statehouse and Capital building.
