October continued to be a busy month for Monarch Construction. Work continues on the building expansion. The new wing houses the Cosmetology, Spa Technologies, Culinary Arts, Health Careers Academy (both medical and exercise science pathways), and Education Academy programs. The new science labs will also be located in the new addition.
The newly renovated Automotive lab opened this month. Work in the Diesel lab and Diesel lab expansion continues.
Here's what happened in the past month:
New Building Wing:
- Drywall began
- Brick exterior work continues
- Asphalt work began
- Finalizing roof work
Work inside the Building:
- Work continues on the Diesel lab including heating and floor preparation
- Automotive lab was completed
- New office areas are currently under construction
- Air Handler units and fire suppression systems were installed
