It was another busy week for Monarch Construction. Here's what they accomplished this week:
New Addition
- Pouring floor slab on metal deck on 2nd floor
- Second floor steel detailing and decking, including studs
Diesel Lab Renovation
- Building concrete walls
- Miscellaneous air handlers to be delivered and installed.
- Continuation of air, domestic water piping and hydronic piping within in Area C and corridors.
New Mechanical Room
- New cooling tower installed.
- Concrete infills within mechanical areas
New Roof:
- Removal of solar panels to prepare for new roof.
- Began roof install over Area D.
Interior Renovations:
- Removal of walls, panels, and doors.
