Sealed competitive proposals will be received by Ohio Hi-Point Joint Vocational School District as provided in this notice for the Ohio Hi-Point Loose Furniture and Equipment Supply and Install Project. Interested firms may receive a copy of the RFP from Eric Adelsberger at eadelsberger@ohiohipoint.com.
Proposals may be submitted in hard copy or electronically. Proposals submitted in hard copy shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Ohio Hi-Point Joint Vocational School District, c/o Rick Smith, Superintendent, 2280 State Route 540, Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311 and plainly marked on the outside "PROPOSAL FOR OHIO HI-POINT LOOSE FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT SUPPLY AND INSTALL PROJECT" Proposals submitted electronically shall be sent via one PDF file, named with the Proposer’s name and the title of the Project to: Rick Smith, Superintendent at rsmith@ohiohipoint.com. Proposals will be received until 12:00 PM, local time July 14, 2021.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held on July 8, 2021 at 9:00 a.m., local time, at the Facilities and Grounds Conference Room located at 2280 State Route 540, Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311.
Prevailing wage rates do not apply. Ohio Hi-Point JVSD reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all proposals, and conduct necessary investigations to determine Proposer responsibility.
