The OHP/Marysville DECA students had a strong showing at the DECA District Career Development Conference. Of the 36 students who competed, 14 qualified for the Ohio DECA State Competition.
Students advancing to state include: Shayla Seay, Hailey Heuser, Ila Rose, Jayden Ambos, Karen Chen, Caden Jude, Sam Krueger, Helen Mancipe, Sora Takahasi, Myles Forrester, Jackson Firestone, Braden Bates, and Auri Guenther.
DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management through hands-on learning and competitive events.
The DECA Chapter is part of the OHP/Marysville Supply Chain Management program.
