March 30 Distance Learning Update
March 30 Distance Learning Update
Kelsey Webb
Monday, April 13, 2020

Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),

On Monday, March 30, Governor DeWine announced the state-wide school closure will continue through Friday, May 1 due to the COVID-19 public health crisis.

Ohio Hi-Point is observing the district’s scheduled spring break this week (March 30-April 3) and will continue to educate our students with our distance learning plan starting on April 6.

Ohio Hi-Point’s Administrative team is meeting virtually this week and additional information about lesson plan distribution, credit requirements, achievement recognition events, and more will be shared with you.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate through this unprecedented time. Our teachers will continue to support your student and provide them the best instruction possible to prepare them for their next chapter, whether that’s employment, enrollment, or enlistment. Please visit our website for the latest information and resources.

Thank you,

Rick Smith, Superintendent
