Ohio Hi-Point's Welding and Fabrication students recently visited APT Manufacturing in Hicksville, OH, known for its expertise in Robotic Welding Systems and Education Solutions. During this study trip, students were able to work directly with industry experts, gaining practical experience as they operated welding equipment.
To continue to equip students with real-world skills, the Welding program is now aiming to acquire a FANUC / Miller setup to enable students to pursue the ArcTool Operation and Programming Certification from FANUC, further enhancing their employability in the welding industry. This credential is also aligned to the Ohio Department of Education Report Card for 4 -points.
