GENERAL STUDY TRIP PERMISSION FORM
Throughout the year, students will attend study trips with their program lab and academic classes. OHP has a general study trip permission form that covers any activities that happen during the school day. This form can be found on FinalForms.
Students and families will complete a separate study trip permission form for activities that take place outside of school hours or overnight.
Ohio Hi-Point uses PayForIt for students to purchase breakfast and lunch. The process is easy to create an account, and PayForIt allows students and families to easily load funds on their account and purchase food and beverage items.
Students who qualify for free and reduced lunch are still encouraged to complete the Free and Reduced Lunch form as your family may qualify for additional benefits like medical, housing, utilities, and more. Completing the Free and Reduced Form also help OHP secure funding for programs that will help students, families, and staff.

Student drivers can register their vehicle to receive a parking permit during the first days of school. The parking permit must be displayed in the vehicle at all times. If a permit is lost, the student must purchase the replacement. This form can be completed using FinalForms.
