Video Library Q&As
Since we are not hosting Q&A sessions, please review our Video Library that has updates from all our departments (CTE, Testing, Attendance, Student Health) for the upcoming school year. Please contact us with any additional questions.
All students are required to complete an Emergency Medical Form with their parent(s)/guardian(s) before participating in their career program. You may download the form, print, complete, and return to the school nurse during your Student Orientation date. Forms will also printed and handed out for students to complete.
Ohio Hi-Point only accepts printed Emergency Medical Forms.
If any additional medical information is needed, please print, complete, and return the appropriate forms below.
Ohio Hi-Point’s cafeteria provides a variety of breakfast and lunch options for students. For the 2020-21 school year, the cost of a breakfast meal is $1.60 and a lunch meal is $2.85. Students can load funds onto their cafeteria account through PayForIt. Students can set up an account in just a few minutes by following these step-by-step instructions. If a student feels they qualify for free or reduced meals, they should complete and return a Free and Reduced Lunch application to the high school office.
If a student has questions about their schedule or needs to request a schedule change, they should contact their OHP school counselor.
Student drivers can register their vehicle to receive a parking permit during the first days of school. The parking permit must be displayed in the vehicle at all times. If a permit is lost, the student must purchase the replacement.
STUDENT ACCIDENT INSURANCE
Students and families have the option to purchase Student Accident Insurance for the 2020-21 school year. This is only voluntary and NOT required.
