I chose Ohio Hi-Point because: I wanted to get a head start in the world of business and on my future career as a cosmetologist.

My favorite part about Ohio Hi-Point is: The amount of support the staff and teachers give. Each teacher and staff member only want the best for you, they will help you with whatever you need, and provide endless opportunities to further yourself.
My most memorable moment at Ohio Hi-Point was: Competing in the Poetry Out Loud contest and placing first!
What surprised me most about Ohio Hi-Point was: The fact that the teachers truly care about my future, I am just one of the many students they see each day. Knowing that they are there to give whatever advice I need is a great feeling.
The teacher who has had the biggest impact on me is: Ms. Shellenberger, she is the sweetest, most caring, and understanding teacher anyone could ever have. She only wants to see her students succeed and she will do whatever it takes to help them get there.
My advice to students who may be looking to apply to Ohio Hi-Point is: Bite the bullet and do it. Leaving friends from your home school is very hard, but you will make new friends. The teachers, the opportunities, and the overall experience makes everything worth it.
After graduation: I'm going to work in a salon as a cosmetologist to help pay for college.
Industry Credentials or College Credits earned: I will earn my Cosmetologist license after passing my State Board exam.
