Students may download the form, print, complete, and return to the school nurse during Student Orientation on August 8. Forms will also be available during the evening for students to complete. If any additional medical information is needed, please print, complete, and return the appropriate forms below. Ohio Hi-Point only accepts printed Emergency Medical Forms.
If a student has questions about their schedule or needs to request a schedule change, they should contact their OHP School Counselor.
Ohio Hi-Point’s cafeteria provides a variety of breakfast and lunch options for students. For the 2017-2018 year, the cost of a breakfast meal is $1.60 and a lunch meal is $2.85. Students can load funds onto their cafeteria account through PayForIt. Students can set up an account in just a few minutes by following these step-by-step instructions. If a student feels they qualify for free or reduced lunches, they should complete and return a Free and Reduced Lunch application to the high school office.
Student drivers can register their vehicle to receive a parking permit during Student Orientation on August 8 in Room 204. The parking permit is free and must be displayed in the vehicle at all times. If a permit is lost, the student must purchase the replacement.
