Program Description
This program allows students to learn many aspects of the building trades and experience building a house in a nearby subdivision as part of their laboratory experience. Students may work for themselves in a building maintenance company or for construction companies upon graduation.

Other Program Information
- Students may continue on for additional certifications in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) or Electrical licensure. Certification through the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) is also possible. Two-year technical programs in Construction Management are also available.
